Our good value homemade food uses quality ingredients that are locally sourced where possible. We are well known for tasty beer-battered fish & chips, delicious pies and Sunday roasts that have recently featured local Brook Farm (Brent Eleigh) Red Poll beef and Andrews (Hadleigh) butchered lamb. We were last inspected by Babergh councils environmental health on 19th February 2010 and awarded 5 stars, top rating in the "Scores on the Doors" scheme - a simple system of scoring food business for hygiene and legal compliance.

Currently our food times are:

Friday 6 - 9pm (takeaway from 5pm)
Saturday 12 - 2pm & 6 - 9pm
Sunday 12 - 3pm

We are now serving food from 12 - 2pm on Bank Holidays (except for Christmas day and Boxing day).
